Center for Orthopedics
Understanding that many orthopedic patients are not sick, just sick and tired of hurting, we opened the Regional Center for Orthopedics. With an emphasis on teaching that best prepares the patient for a successful outcome, our specially designed unit is a combination hospital room/hotel room that maximizes the best of both to create a healing environment.
To help people with orthopedic pain understand and assess their options, our orthopedic professionals offer free seminars every month entitled "Hip Tips" or "Knee Notes" - each designed to talk specifically about that joint, it's unique problems and what might be done for yours.
For a list of lecture times, a list of participating physicians or a free brochure, call our Consult-A-Nurse service at 727 869-5498...open 24 hours every day, and free. Your calls and questions will be answered by a nurse, getting you the information you need and the convenience you need.
Diagnostic Imaging Center
Regional Diagnostic Imaging Center, conveniently located on our hospital campus, combines new technology with old fashioned features, like up front parking and a warmer, patient friendly atmosphere to offer the ultimate in local diagnostic services. Infusion Center
Regional Infusion Center is designed to provide fast, convenient and cost effective infusion services for patients in a home-style setting. In the past, these infusion services have been performed in a hospital. The infusion center allows for an attractive treatment area that avoids the rigors of hospital admitting and overnight stays. The infusion center provides all the comforts of home, including cable TV for your enjoyment.
A pharmacist, certified registered nurse infusionist and registered nurse are always available to meet your medical needs.

• IV Antibiotic Administration
• Plasmapheresis
• Remicade Treatments
• Hydration Therapy
• Dobutamine Therapy
• Chemotherapy Administration
• TPN Therapy

Neurosurgical Services
Dealing with matters of neurosurgery requires the ultimate in precision. Our surgeons, equipped with some of the most modern tools, understand that. Our commitment to technology is best demonstrated by our use of the Stealth Sterotatic system, well known for it's precision in helping surgeons locate and treat problem areas.
Regional Wound Care & Hyperbaric Oxygen (Outpatient)
Regional Wound Care & Hyperbaric Oxygen is an outpatient service for patients with chronic, non-healing wounds. A dedicated staff representing vascular surgery, plastic surgery, podiatry and nursing provides evaluation and management. Healing outcomes are reached through ongoing assessment, proven and emerging therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen treatment, and comprehensive patient education.
Regional Wound Care & Hyperbaric Oxygen operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is conveniently located on the campus of Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point.
